As the common name suggests, the narrow, silvery-grey leaves of the curry plant, Helichrysum italicum, strongly of curry. It's a dense, dwarf sub-shrub bearing small, bright yellow flowers throughout summer.
For best results grow Helichrysum italicum in a sunny, sheltered position in well-drained soil. Prune regularly to maintain a compact plant.
